Therapy Notes Patient Portal
Invitations to our new medical record system (Therapy Notes) Client Portal have gone out to all of our clients. Once you have created an account, it allows our clients to review provider schedule openings, and request an appointment date/time based on provider availability. The client portal is a HIPAA compliant web-based portal that can also be used as a document sharing tool; it allows the provider to share documents with their client, and vice versa.
