Do you feel stressed, overwhelmed, and can't seem to handle one more thing? Are you depressed, anxious, or grieving?  If so, then perhaps you are embarrassed to speak with someone about the personal and painful things you are experiencing.  Maybe you simply do not have time to fit travel to another office into your schedule. I'd like to welcome you to another avenue for finding your way back to a healthier you. I will focus on meeting with you via telehealth.
