Before entering the social work field, she spent many years in the medical field, gaining firsthand insight into the complex relationship between physical health, mental well-being, and the human spirit. Susan understands the impact of self-care on emotional regulation, trauma and resilience. Practices of self-inquiry, mindfulness, and holistic healing inform her compassionate, client-centered approach. Guided by lived experience, wisdom and evidence-based treatments, Susan helps others feel seen, heard, and supported.
Susan is a 200-hour yoga instructor and certified HeartMath Practitioner. She also has expertise and training in sleep medicine, ACT, motivational interviewing, CPT, CBT, and solution focused therapy. Her CST time zone schedule is available on our client portal.

Amecia is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, licensed in the state of Arkansas, Texas, and Florida. As a down-to-earth therapist with a deep-rooted commitment to mental health and well-being, Amecia is here to accompany you on your journey towards self-discovery, growth, and healing. She understands that seeking support can be a transformative step, but we want you to know that she is honored to help you through this process. Her approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, active listening, and a holistic understanding of the individual. She draws from evidence-based modalities, tailoring each session to suit your unique needs and goals. Together, we will create a safe space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges without judgment. Amecia currently sees clients at a reduced rate of $50 per session.
